typical food of boyaca


Arepas jenesanences, almond biscuits, goitrous, empanadas fig, cassava bread, fields of San Ignacio, onion chiroza, suck creole potato wrapped cob, sausage, potatoes dripping.
Soups: Cuchuco corn, wheat cuchuco pork backbone, Changu, lamb testicles soup, bread soup pot.
Dishes: Stew Boyaca, rice covered, head and lamb stew, cooked peasant grilled lamb chops, pork chops, porridge small.
Desserts: Curd Cake, sponge cured, roasted plantains, apple pie.
